Check before you travel

Entry requirements, safety conditions, prices, opening times and transport change frequently. Always check the official FCDO travel advice and the relevant embassy before booking or travelling, and buy suitable travel insurance. Travelling against FCDO advice can invalidate your insurance.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the guides accurate, but cannot guarantee that everything is complete or current. Costs, populations and climate figures are estimates. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of this information.

We link to other websites, including booking sites. We are not responsible for their content.

Custom itineraries

What you get. A personal travel itinerary in PDF form, based on the details you give us: a day-by-day plan, suggested areas to stay, transport between places, sights, a budget estimate, weather for your dates and an entry and health checklist for your passport. We plan; we do not book or sell flights, accommodation or any other travel services, and we are not a travel agent or tour operator.

Price and payment. After you send a request we email you a quote. Nothing is payable until you accept it and pay through the link we send. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Delivery. We email your itinerary within 48 hours of your payment being received, every day of the year. If we can't meet that for any reason, we'll tell you as soon as possible and you can choose a full refund. 1 round of reasonable changes, requested within 14 days of delivery, is included.

Cancelling. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we start work on your itinerary. When you pay, you ask us to start straight away; once your itinerary has been delivered in full, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations no longer applies. This does not affect your other legal rights: if the itinerary is not provided with reasonable care and skill, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.

Your responsibility. Itineraries are suggestions. Check opening times, prices, transport, entry requirements and FCDO travel advice before you book or travel, and take out suitable travel insurance. We will not plan trips to places where the FCDO advises against all travel.
